"When i was debating on buying my first bike, i knew there was only one place to go, Pioneer. It is about an hour away from my house but, the sales managers like Chad and Tom are just so friendly you feel like you have known them for years. They were geniuine and honest. Michelle was also very nice also. Highly impressed. Pioneer Motorsports will be the only place i buy my future bikes, with a great selection and staff that will go out of their way to help you get that bike that you so desperatly want, or get it serviced in one day, there is no reason why you would go anywhere else. If i could grade above 5 stars i would, however i was so impressed between buying a bike and service i wouldnt have a rating high enough. I am 18 years old and they treat me like a genuine adult, that happens rarly but, i encourage you, if you are buying a bike dont look at competitors because when you buy from Pioneer you are one of the team, they know you buy name. Its like a family and i wouldnt go anywhere else. You shouldnt either."

"Shock rebuild by Bruce on my 08 Apex RTX was a mechanical miracle!
Before the rebuild catapulting was most annoying -- on mid-sized (and larger) bumps it would compress and kick back far too fast. On small bumps, it was far too hard - no energy absorbed - felt lots of sharp jabs. Big bumps and bad timing on bumps would bottom out -- just pushed through.
After Rebuild - All the smaller bumps are just gone - I see them, but do not feel them. Mid sized lift me, smooth landing & no catapult from free rebound. Large bumps lift/launch the sled - land smooth, and controlled without a big bounce. It eats all the energy.
Far "softer" feel.
I rode 100+ miles today & do not feel like a can paint that had gotten shaken"

MY SECOND ( AND FAVOATE ) IS A 93 GSX-R 750 THAT I LOVE. UNFORTUNEATELY IT WAS STOLEN LAST YEAR. LUCKLY I GOT IT BACK. IT HAS TAKEN MY A LITTLE OVER A YEAR TO GET IT GOING AGAIN. NOW THAT I AM BACK ON IT, I AM MORE RELAXED. I'V BEEN TO OTHER DEALERSIPS AND EVEN WORKED AT ONE ( MALCOLM SMITH MOTORSPORTS )NONE, I REPEAT NONE COMPAIR. THINKING ABOUT IT WHEN IM IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW ( OR USED ) BIKE I JUST MIGHT FLY HOME AND BUY IT FROM PIONEER MOTORSPORT, THEY ARE WORTH IT, THE 2800 MILE RIDE HOME WOULD BE A GREAT EXPERINCE TOO

"I purchased a used family snowmobile last year that was in excellent condition and fairly priced. Upon delivery a fuel problem was detectcted. It took several return trips to correct the problem. I was treated as if it was a brand new snowmobile. Has run great ever since! If Pioneer backs up their used machines this well, I can only imagine how well they will service a new customer.
